RATE: up to £30.00 per hour (umbrella rate)
TYPE: Locum
HOURS: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: Healthy child programme for 0-5 year olds.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families. Lead role safeguarding , attending CP conferences, early intervention, completing referral, attending core groups, early help and mentoring, home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus
