Supply Care Solutions are looking for a Registered Manager in Essex

SALARY: £30,000-£35000 per annum
HOURS: This is a Full time role (37 hours per week)

We are looking for a registered manager for a well established Care provider for both Supported Living and Residential care for adults, specialising in Learning disabilities and mental health. Having built strong links and relationships with local authorities we have established ourselves as one of the leading care providers within Redbridge.

We have worked very hard to build a strong and caring team. Each member of our team from management staff to carers have aided us in achieving our “Good” CQC rating. The key to our strength lies in having the desire to help and improve peoples’ lives with empathy and compassion with well organised direction from management.
*Job description*

We are looking to recruit a Care Manager for Supported living for adults with LD & Autism.
We aim to drive forward and establish our growth program in a new company, Sunstone care.
The right candidate will manage and help set up the 1st unit within a year. This will include registration with CQC as a new provider.

We need somebody who is dynamic, self driven and already has good contacts with London local authorities.
The job will start once the company is successfully registered with CQC. This can work as an advantage as you can potentially stay in your current position until this achieved.
Please do not view this as a start up our sister company has been well established for over 10 years.


– Over 5 years of experience within Care Management.
– Proven track record of running either good or outstanding service.
– Relevant professional qualification NVQ/RMA/Diploma minimum level 5
– Excellent communication skills and can take direction from directors.
– A proven record of building excellent relationships with the local authorities.
– Business acumen.

– Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
– Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
