Supply Care Solutions are looking for a Personal Advisor, Leaving Care Team in Dorset.
Rate: £14.41 (umbrella)
Hours: Full time 36 hours per week
Working Patterns: 50/50 Office to Home working
Pay rate £23.00 Umbrella
You will provide practical and emotional support, advice and guidance to young people aged between 16 and 25 who are experiencing care and leaving care. You will work directly with young people and their families to safeguard and promote their welfare. You will coordinate Pathway Planning duties to support care leavers in their successful transition to adult life.
Transferable skills maybe taking into consideration but work With Children and young people within a care leavers environment is highly desirable.
This is a unique opportunity to join the through-care team whose duties include supporting care leavers and unaccompanied minors, with Portsmouth being a port we have a large number and diverse cohort of young people to support.
Flexibility of working from office and home (50/50 split)
This role is a Locum opportunity/Temporary Position.
