Role Overview:
As a Housing Needs Officer, you will deliver tenancy support services for temporary accommodation (TA) residents, helping them sustain their TA tenancies and transition to permanent, secure housing. Responsibilities include conducting occupancy checks, property inspections, and managing issues of anti-social behaviour. This role requires travel across the city to deliver notice to quit (NTQ) orders, conduct home visits, and manage tenancy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer-focused support to TA residents
• Conduct floating support visits and tenancy inspections
• Assist with homelessness prevention and housing advice
• Ensure TA properties meet safety standards using HHSRS
