About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Administrator to join the Lambeth IPS (Individual Placement and Support) Service.
This is a vital position providing essential administrative and data management support to ensure smooth operational delivery across the service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data quality, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring effective communication between teams. Acting as a central point of contact for colleagues and external partners, you’ll directly contribute to the success of the IPS programme and wider Lambeth Consortium.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate IPS referral and employer engagement data spreadsheets
• Lead on data quality assurance and ensure all IPS client information is recorded correctly
• Complete IPS Grow uploads and assist in preparing contract monitoring reports
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, professionals, and visitors (via phone, email, and in person)
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings, including minute-taking
• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic and manual records
• Support campaigns, events, and service projects as required
• Assist with petty cash management, stock control, and general office duties
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection policies
• Work collaboratively with IPS colleagues and partners across the Lambeth Consortium
Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative or data-focused roles (preferably within health, social care, or public sector)
• Strong data management and Excel skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of audit processes, quality systems, and reporting standards
• Experience managing petty cash, reconciliations, and administrative tasks
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable team player
